01 - Wash, trim, and cut all vegetables as needed, leaving a bit of carrot tops attached for presentation.
02 - In a small bowl, combine hummus with finely chopped black olives and spread the mixture thickly in a strip or oval shape on a large platter.
03 - Sprinkle toasted panko breadcrumbs and chopped fresh parsley evenly over the hummus to simulate soil.
04 - Arrange the carrots vertically into the hummus 'soil' to resemble them growing from the ground.
05 - Fill the remaining space on the board with sugar snap peas, cherry tomatoes, halved radishes, cucumber slices, and bell pepper strips.
06 - Decorate with fresh dill, parsley sprigs, or microgreens to enhance visual appeal and mimic carrot tops. Serve immediately.
