Easy Marshmallow Fudge (Print)

# Components:

→ Chocolate & Dairy

01 - 3 cups semi-sweet chocolate chips (510 g)
02 - 1 can sweetened condensed milk (14 oz / 400 g)
03 - 4 tbsp unsalted butter, cubed (55 g)

→ Marshmallows

04 - 2 cups mini marshmallows (100 g)

→ Flavoring

05 - 1 tsp vanilla extract
06 - 1/4 tsp salt

# Directions:

01 - Line an 8x8 inch square baking pan with parchment paper, leaving an overhang for easy removal.
02 - In a medium saucepan over low heat, combine chocolate chips, sweetened condensed milk, and butter. Stir frequently until melted and smooth.
03 - Remove from heat. Stir in vanilla extract and salt until evenly incorporated.
04 - Quickly fold in mini marshmallows until evenly distributed throughout the mixture.
05 - Pour the mixture into the prepared pan and spread evenly using a spatula.
06 - Refrigerate for at least 2 hours or until firm.
07 - Lift fudge from pan using parchment overhang and cut into 24 squares.
