- Decoration: 16 large green grapes or pitted green olives (for eyes), 8 small cherry tomatoes, halved (for cheeks), 16 peppercorns or mini chocolate chips (for eye pupils), 8 small pieces of red bell pepper or carrot (for mouth), 16 thin slices radish (optional, for cheeks)
Instructions
- Mix Filling:
- In a small bowl, mix the cream cheese and mayonnaise until smooth. Season with salt and pepper.
- Cut Frog Faces:
- Using a large round cookie cutter (about 8 cm / 3 inch), cut frog faces from each bread slice.
- Assemble Sandwiches:
- Spread the cream cheese mixture evenly over half of the bread circles. Layer cucumber slices on top. Cover with the remaining bread circles to form sandwiches.
- Attach Eyes:
