# Components:
→ Steak
01 - 1 1/2 pounds sirloin steak, cut into 1-inch cubes
02 - 1 teaspoon salt
03 - 1/2 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper
→ Garlic Herb Butter
04 - 4 tablespoons unsalted butter
05 - 4 cloves garlic, minced
06 - 1 tablespoon fresh parsley, finely chopped
07 - 1 teaspoon fresh thyme leaves, chopped
08 - 1 teaspoon fresh rosemary, finely chopped
→ For Cooking
09 - 1 tablespoon olive oil
# Directions:
01 - Pat steak cubes dry with paper towels. Season evenly with salt and black pepper.
02 - Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat until shimmering.
03 - Add steak cubes in a single layer to the hot skillet. Sear for 2 minutes without stirring, then flip and cook for an additional 2 minutes, or until browned and cooked to your preferred doneness. Remove steak bites from the skillet and set aside.
04 - Reduce heat to medium. In the same skillet, add the unsalted butter. Once melted, stir in the minced garlic, parsley, thyme, and rosemary. Sauté for 1 minute until the mixture is fragrant.
05 - Return the steak bites to the skillet and toss to coat thoroughly with the garlic herb butter for 1 to 2 minutes.
06 - Serve steak bites immediately, garnished with additional fresh herbs if desired.
