# Directions:

- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Line an 8-inch (20x20 cm) baking pan with parchment paper.
- Combine unsalted butter and chopped bittersweet chocolate in a heatproof bowl over simmering water. Stir until smooth and fully melted.
- Whisk granulated sugar into the chocolate mixture. Add eggs one at a time, blending well after each, followed by vanilla extract.
- Sift all-purpose flour, matcha powder, and fine sea salt over the mixture. Fold gently until just combined.
- Gently fold in white miso paste, leaving visible streaks to achieve a marbled effect.
- Pour batter into lined pan and smooth the top. Bake 20–25 minutes, until set yet still fudgy. Cool completely before slicing.
- Beat mascarpone cheese, heavy cream, sugar, and vanilla extract with an electric mixer until thick and smooth.
- Quickly dip ladyfinger biscuits into cooled strong chai tea and arrange them in serving glasses or cups.
- Spread mascarpone mixture over ladyfingers. Finish with ground cinnamon, cardamom, and a dusting of cocoa powder.
- Refrigerate the assembled tiramisu cups for a minimum of 2 hours before serving.
- Mix chocolate cookie crumbs with melted butter and press firmly into the base of a lined 8-inch (20x20 cm) pan.
- Beat softened cream cheese and sugar until smooth. Add eggs individually, then mix in black sesame paste, vanilla extract, and a pinch of salt.
- Pour filling over crust, smooth surface, and bake at 325°F (160°C) for 25–30 minutes until set. Cool to room temperature, then chill for at least 2 hours before slicing.
